Admissions Information
Prospective Lafayette Fellows must apply in either Rounds 1 or 2 of Ecole Polytechnique’s MSc&T admission process.
Applications open on September 17th:
- Round 1 Deadline: October 13, 2025 (Admissibility Result: November 3-6, 2025; Interviews: November 21-28, 2025; Admission Results: Early December 2025)
- Round 2 Deadline: January 12, 2026 (Admissibility Results: February 4-9, 2026; Admission Results: Mid-March 2026)

Reminder: The awarding of the Lafayette Fellowship is conditional upon admission to one of the eligible partner institutions. Applicants must complete both the Lafayette Fellowship application and apply to at least one program at one of the partner institutions.

Located in Palaiseau, a quick 30 minute subway ride outside of Paris (12 miles) —Ecole Polytechnique occupies a sprawling 160 hectare campus combining green open spaces with advanced academic and residential facilities.
